Reference Number NB-0068-26-P177 Steel Poles - Coleson Cove 138 KV Line Swap Project and Line 1193 Reliability Project - NB Power is planning to expand the 138 kV terminal at Coleson Cove Generating Station. As part of that project, the existing four (4) 138 kV transmission line circuits and two (2) new circuits at Coleson Cove will be re-terminated to suit the requirements of the expanded terminal . Also, L1193 is being relocated and will require an additional steel structure. Design, shop drawings, fabrication, hot-dip galvanizing, supply, delivery, and related submittals for steel transmission structures supporting the Coleson Cove 138 kV Line Swap Project and Line 1193 Reliability Project. Work includes three steel monopoles (SP1), two steel H-frame structures (SP2), and two 3-pole steel structures (SP3). Background: NB Power is expanding the 138 kV terminal at Coleson Cove. Existing four 138 kV circuits and two new circuits will be re-terminated to support the expanded terminal, and Line 1193 will be relocated and require an additional steel structure.
