Reference Number NB-UNB2026-18 The University of New Brunswick's Capital Planning & Operations Department invites you to submit bids for a Roof Replacement Project on the Saint John Campus. The criteria for this project are as detailed within this tender, specifications, and drawings. Complete roof replacement including removal of existing roofing to steel deck, installation of new 2-ply SBS modified bitumen roofing system, vapor barrier, insulation, cover board, flashings, roof drains, vent stack flashings, sheet metal flashings, sealants, lifting and resetting mechanical equipment, associated electrical and mechanical reconnections, entrance protection, and optional removal of existing roof anchors.
