The Work generally includes but is not necessarily limited to the following Install a radon mitigation system consisting of : radon exhaust fans , ductwork, electrical and controls . Work is to include all associated : removals , wiring, controls , piping, ductwork, patching , commissioning, balancing , excavation and landscaping . All other Work as detailed on the Project Drawings and /or specified herein. This building is a Recognized Federal Heritage Building, and part of a National Historic Site of Canada . All work activities must be managed, sequenced, planned and executed in order to ensure the preservation of its specific heritage elements and valves .
