It is the intent of these plans and specifications to provide for a single general contractor who shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary to perform the work in a professional manner for the 2026 Local Streets Paving, as described in the plans, specifications, and bid documents. This contract includes, but is not limited to, hot mix asphalt cold milling and resurfacing on Winton Street, Lincolnshire Boulevard, Lowden Avenue, Edwards Street, Myrtle Street, Bridge Street, and Garland Avenue.
