Work includes all materials, labor, and equipment to repair, replace, and/or construct new sidewalk, curb, curb and gutter, driveway approaches, pedestrian ramps, and other miscellaneous concrete work as directed by the City. Sealed bids for the described project will be received at the City of La Grande Public Works Department, Engineering Division, 800 'X' Avenue, La Grande, Oregon. The contract time for individual projects assigned under this contract shall be fifteen (15) calendar days from the Notice to Proceed (NTP) and the overall contract shall end December 31, 2026. Any bid not in compliance with all prescribed requirements listed in the Contract Documents may be rejected, and all bids may be rejected for good cause if found to be in the public interest. Copies of the Contract documents may be obtained at the City of La Grande Public Works Department or by phone. A non-refundable payment is required for a physical set of documents; electronic copies are available free of charge by request. The contractor must provide a mailing address, phone and fax numbers, and an email address when plans are requested.
