The Project includes furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and other incidental and appurtenant work necessary to satisfactorily complete the project, as described in the contract documents. Work must be performed in strict conformance with the contract documents, permits from regulatory agencies with jurisdiction, and applicable regulations. Quantities of work and materials are approximate and may vary at the discretion of the Agency Engineer. The work consists of: furnishing and installing approximately 6.6 miles of 48-inch cement mortar lined and coated welded steel pipe, including all excavation, backfilling, paving, pipeline appurtenances, and related items; and furnishing and installing three pumps for the existing pump station, including all mechanical and electrical improvements and related items. Bidders are required to obtain electronic copies of the plans, specifications, and other contract documents via email. Hard copies will not be provided. Attendance at the mandatory pre-bid meeting and site visit is required for all bidders; failure to attend will render the bid non-responsive. Questions or clarifications regarding the bid or contract documents must be submitted in writing by the specified deadline. Question Deadline 07/31/2026 at 5:00 PM PT Discrepancies in, and/or omissions from the Bid or Contract Documents or questions as to their meaning shall be immediately brought to the attention of the Agency by submission of a written request for an interpretation or clarification to the Agency. The Agency reserves the right to reject any Bid or all Bids, and to waive any irregularities or informalities in any Bid or in the bidding, as deemed to be in its best interest.
