The work consists of operation and maintenance (O&M) for the existing groundwater treatment system. This includes, but is not limited to, all pre-operation and operational submittals, routine and non-routine site visits for O&M, groundwater discharge sampling and laboratory analysis coordination with the State Environmental Laboratory and the Joint St. Joseph-Benton Harbor Waste Water Treatment, remote monitoring, response to alarms, procurement and replacement of treatment system consumables (such as water treatment chemicals and filter bags), waste transportation and disposal, carbon change out, data tabulation, and reporting. All labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to maintain system operation to specified uptime performance requirements, including preventative maintenance to sustain system uptime and comply with the water discharge permit, must be provided. Bid responses require proof of State Project Registration from the Department of Labor and Economic Opportunity. Bid responses and attachments must be uploaded to SIGMA VSS, with a maximum of two attachments.
