Remodeling of an educational facility in Taft, California. Completed plans call for the remodel of a educational facility.

The project consists of the installation of security cameras, including low voltage wiring, at six school campuses. Bidders are required to possess a State of California Contractor License C-7 or C-10. Bids must conform and be responsive to the contract documents. Each bid must be submitted on the provided bid form and accompanied by a Bid Bond, certified check, cashier's check, or cash in an amount equal to ten percent of the bid. The successful bidder must furnish a 100% Performance Bond and a 100% Payment Bond. All workers must be paid at least the prevailing wage rate as determined by the Director of the Department of Industrial Relations, California, and bidders and their subcontractors must comply with DIR registration and qualification requirements. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities or informalities in the bidding. No bidder may withdraw their bid for 45 days after the bid opening.
