Site work and paving for a road / highway in Selma, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

The work to be performed under the Contract consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, supplies, labor, and transportation, and performing all work as required by the Contract in strict accordance with the Special Provisions, schedules, and drawings, all of which are made a part hereof. The work shall be complete, including all work, material and services not expressly called for in the Special Provisions, or not shown on the drawings, which may be necessary for completion and proper construction to carry out the Contract in good faith. The site of work shall be left in a neat condition. The cost of all work performed, furnished, and installed is to be included in the amount bid for the various items of work with no separate compensation allowed therefore. Question Deadline 07/16/2026 Inquiries regarding this project should be directed to the City Engineer, David Horn, PE, LS, CASP, dhorn@yhmail.com, via email in the form of a PDF attachment using the RFI Submittal Form provided in Appendix A of these specifications . RFI's must be submitted no later than 7 calendar days prior to bid opening. Construction of an eastbound left turn lane expansion on Floral Avenue and State Route 43, involving roadwork and intersection improvements. Bonds: 10% Bid Bond, Certified Check required, 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond.
