Installation of gateway signage in West Scranton. Question Deadline 07/13/2026 at 11:59 PM ET- All communications regarding technical, scope, and/or project related questions and requests for clarifications, changes , exceptions, and deviations to the terms and conditions set forth in this ITB shall be submitted via "Q&A" through the City's e-Procurement Portal. No telephone calls with questions will be taken. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment and means to construct the Work as described in the Contract Documents and shown on the Drawings. The Work includes, but is not limited to, the following: Detailed design, fabrication and installation of a new gateway sign at the intersection of North Main Avenue and Euclid Avenue. The sign details and materials shall be in accordance with the dimensions and design concept shown on the architectural plan. The scope of work includes detailed structural design of the sign and foundations including engineered sealed structural drawings . The sign fabricator shall prepare detailed fabrication drawings for review and approval
