The work covered by the plans and specifications includes: installation of reinforced concrete pavement atop the existing concrete pavement for the boat ramp, and related items Bonds: 100% Bid Bond, Certified Check required Proposals shall be addressed to the Board of Madison Township Trustees, Madison Township Administration Building, 2065 Hubbard Road, Madison, Ohio 44057, and marked "Madison Township, Boat Ramp Pavement Rehabilitation Project". Questions shall be submitted in writing to Bob Parker at SBJ Consulting, 5530 Canyon Ridge Drive, Painesville, OH 44077, bparker@sbjcons.com, 440-289-0405, by 11:00AM local time on Wednesday, July 15, 2026 Work for this contract shall consist of: removal of the existing steel angle along the top of the existing slab, installation of the proposed pavement, mechanical attachment of proposed pavement to the existing pavement, reinstallation of the steel angle along the top of the proposed pavement, and related items as indicated on the proposal sheet. The Contractor is to develop a project schedule and submit it to the Engineer at least one week prior to beginning work indicating how the project will be phased such that the boat ramp will be closed no longer than 45 calendar days. If the Engineer deems the plan unsuitable, subsequent plans will need to be developed and submitted for review.
