According to the Township's Historic Resource Survey, the Copeland School House, which is a Prairie-Style Schoolhouse, was constructed in 1905. The Township assumed ownership of the Copeland School House in 1965 when the school that occupied it moved to a new facility. The Copeland School House is currently located within the Township Municipal Complex and is used regularly by the community as a gathering space. The work to be performed by the successful bidder is described in the scope of work (Scope of Work) attached as Exhibit A and incorporated into this request for bids. The successful bidder must also comply with the specifications (Specifications) attached as Exhibit B and incorporated into this request for bids. The successful bidder shall furnish all labor, materials, supervision, inspections, and equipment necessary for the performance of the work outlined in this request for bids. The Township will pay the costs of permit fees, architectural drawings, engineering services, special inspections, and related expenses.
