As of September 4, 2026 Bid were rejected. No definite date for rebid. Following Project: Mt. Lebanon Golf Course Tee Box Improvements This Project Involves New Tee Boxes for Holes 4, 7, and 8 of the Mt. Lebanon Golf Course. Work Shall Include but Not Be Limited to: Erosion and Sedimentation Controls, Grading, Contouring, Drainage, Landscaping and Irrigation. Work Will Not Begin Until After Golf Season, Approximately End of October, at a Date to Be Determined by the Owner. Proposals Must Be Submitted on the Forms Provided by the Municipality. Proposals Must Be Accompanied by a Certified Check or Bidder's Bond From a Surety Company Authorized to Do Business in Pennsylvania, Made to the Order of the Municipality of Mt. Lebanon in an Amount Equal to Ten Percent (10%) of the Total Amount of the Proposal as a Guarantee That, if the Proposal is Accepted, the Successful Bidder Will Enter Into an Agreement Within Fifteen (15) Days After Notice of the Award of the Contract. The Municipality Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Proposals, or Any Part Thereof, for Any Reason, and Reserves the Right to Waive Any Informality Therein. Proposals Must Be Made to the Municipality of Mt. Lebanon, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, and Shall Remain Firm for a Period of Sixty (60) Days. No Bidder May Withdraw His Proposal During the Sixty (60) Day Period Without Forfeiting His Bid Guarantee.
