Documents and drawings are available for examination online and must be purchased to become a Registered Bidder. Each bid must be submitted on the provided Proposal Form and accompanied by a bank or cashier's check, money order, or bid bond equal to ten percent of the amount bid as a guarantee. If accepted, a contract and a surety bond for one hundred percent of the total bid must be provided. The regulations of the State of Ohio, Bureau of Employment Services, regarding labor, wage rates, and hours of employment apply.
