The Iowa Department of Administrative Services is accepting bids for West Parking Lot #2 at the Hoover Building at 109 SE 13th Street, Des Moines, IA. Bids must be submitted on the IMPACS Electronic Procurement System and accompanied by a bid security totaling 5% of the bid amount. Each bid should be supported by a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check. The department reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive irregularities, and accept a bid in the State of Iowa's best interest. All bidders must comply with state and federal affirmative action and equal employment opportunity provisions. The project is exempt from Iowa Sales Tax and Davis Bacon Wages do not apply. Product substitutions are permitted if a written request is submitted by the specified deadline. An optional pre-bid meeting will be held at the Facilities Management Center. Bidding documents, including drawings and the project manual, are available from Rapids Reproduction.
