The scope of work consists of HVAC Upgrades, Phase 2 at Projects IL-68-1/Norris City, IL-68- 2/Crossville, and IL-68-3/Grayville in White County, Illinois funded through Modernization Program No.s IL01P068-501-23 and IL01P068-501-24. The scope of work essentially includes the following work and shall be bid under one lump sum contract. 1 . Base Bid: .
