Sheehy, Engineer and in these Contract Documents referred to as the Engineer which Plans and Specifications are made a part of this Contract, and in compliance with the Contractor's Proposal and the other Contract Documents herein mentioned which are a part of this Contract; and the Contractor shall do everything required by the Contract and the other Documents constituting a part hereof
