Replacement of Portage Bay Bridge with two new parallel variable depth segmental box girder bridges, replacement of SR 520 eastbound off-ramp to Montlake Boulevard East, replacement of 10th Ave E and Delmar E under-crossings with a new Roanoke Lid Bridge, construction of approximately 75 retaining walls, extension of transit/HOV system, and construction of a cross-lake bicycle and pedestrian trail.
