The scope of work for rehabilitation includes concrete overlay repairs at keyway areas between cribs, including installation of dowels and placement of new reinforced concrete; localized concrete patching repairs throughout the cope wall and edge of deck slab with dowels and new reinforced concrete; replacement of safety ladders associated with keyway repair areas; supply and installation of small rubber tire fenders with new eye bolt installation where necessary; supply and installation of large rubber tire fenders with pad eye anchorages; supply and installation of one cylindrical rubber fender; and completion of any incidental concrete, anchorage, or protective coating repairs required to support the above work items.
