Expansion of the parking lot at the Holland Townhouses. Demolition of existing asphalt, sidewalks, and curbing. Demolition of designated areas of existing fencing. Remove existing trees where indicated. Full excavation of existing asphalt parking spaces on Holland and Kelly Streets. Full excavation for designated parking expansion areas on Holland and Kelly Streets. Stone base, asphalt binder and top for all new parking spaces designed on Holland and Kelly Streets. Mill and resurface asphalt in the Hudson Ave side parking lot. Install concrete and granite curbing as specified. Install new concrete sidewalks and dumpster pads where indicated. Install ADA ramps where specified. Install dumpster enclosures in five locations as specified. Install new fencing where specified. Relocate light poles where indicated. Stripe new asphalt as designed. A. Section Includes: 1. Protecting existing vegetation to remain. 2. Removing existing vegetation. 3. Clearing and grubbing. 4. Stripping and stockpiling topsoil. 5. Removing above- and below-grade site improvements. 6. Disconnecting, capping or sealing, and abandoning site utilities in place. 7. Temporary erosion- and sedimentation-control measures.
