The project consists of roadway and drainage improvements on 32 1/2 Road from the north side of the Grand Valley Canal to Front Street. The roadway improvements include the removal of existing asphalt mat, construction of new roadway typical section and widening to include sidewalks, curb and gutter. The intersection of E 1/2 Road and 32 1/2 Road will be a compact roundabout that includes asphalt paving, concrete medians, sidewalk, curb ramps, and waterline replacement. The drainage improvements include new inlets and drainage infrastructure to tie into the existing drainage trunkline on 32 1/2 Road as well as the construction of a new water quality pond. The existing railroad crossing will be upgraded to provide sidewalks and curb ramps to Front Street.
