Funding is requested for the design and construction of necessary upgrades to the DPW Administration Building. The scope includes building envelope and energy-efficiency improvements such as replacement of existing windows, insulation upgrades, and other related repairs to address building performance, weather infiltration, code compliance, interior upgrades and reconfiguration, and other necessary upgrades identified during the design phase to protect the facility and maintain safe, efficient operations. This project will modernize the facility, improve energy efficiency, and enhance indoor environmental quality for staff. All work will be completed at the discretion of, and in collaboration with, the DPW Department and Director to ensure operational needs and facility priorities are fully incorporated throughout the design and construction process. The project is included in the City 2027-2031 Capital Improvement Program (CIP).
