Gut & Remodel of a community house build in the late 1800's. The project generally consists of renovations and a small addition to an existing one-story community center along with site work. The mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems will be replaced in their entirety. The full project details are available in the bid documents and plans in the Attachments section. Work will be bid as the following Prime Contracts: oContract No. 1 General Construction oContract No. 2 HVAC Construction oContract No. 3 Plumbing Construction oContract No. 4 Electrical Construction Each Bid must be accompanied by a Certified Check, money order or cashier's good faith check payable to Cheltenham Township or Bid Bond in an amount not less than 10 percent (10%) of the total bid, as security.
