Gut & Remodel of a community house build in the late 1800's. The project generally consists of renovations and a small addition to an existing one-story community center along with site work. The mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems will be replaced in their entirety. The full project details are available in the bid documents and plans in the Attachments section.
