For the provision of General Contractor (GC) services for the installation of the Chan Centre Exterior Lighting and Exit Sign Upgrades., 6265 Crescent Road Vancouver V6T 1Z1. The scope includes the replacement of all exit signs within the building. Existing stake lighting near the stairs to the theatre entrance will be removed. Pole lighting along the stairs to the theatre entrance will be replaced, with two additional pole lights installed. Ground lighting near the cinema entrance will be removed, and new lighting will be installed along the roof and entrance canopy areas.
