UBCH Koerner Endoscopy Program Space Expansion. TIMELINE: Request for Proposals to provide Consultant services for the project has closed and a preferred proponent is chosen. The successful Proponent will act in the capacity of a Managing Consultant (Architect) for the Project, including engaging the services of all Sub-Consultants as required to provide complete consulting services for the Project, except that the Authority will engage a professional quantity surveyor. Services to be provided by the Managing Consultant and Sub-Consultants will include: structural, mechanical, electrical, and code. Further update in early spring 2026.
