This Issued for Tender (IFT) is an invitation to commodity subcontractors for the construction of the 1st & Clark project, located at 1307 E 1st Avenue, Vancouver, BC V5N 1A1. Chandos Construction is administering this IFT on behalf of BC Housing. The Scopes of Tender Package #3 include: Resilient Flooring Tiling Millwork, Casework, Kitchenettes and Countertops Paintings, Coatings & Stains Wallcoverings/Wallpaper Residential Appliances NOTE: It is the proponent’s responsibility to monitor BC Bid & Building Connected for documents related to this IFT. This posing only serves as public notification of the IFT.
