RFP Contractor - LC Executive Conference Room Addition Construction of a new executive conference room addition at Laredo College. Questions Must Be Submitted in Writing to: Miguel Rangel Miguel.rangel@laredo.edu This project includes remodeling, addition of conference room with a catering area. Work includes lighting, paint, HVAC, ceiling, flooring upgrades, and data and audio visual upgrades, as well as exterior repairs to railings and addition to the Yeary Library Building New Catering Support Area for Laredo College, to Be Located Within an Addition To the Existing Yeary Library Building. The Scope is Anticipated to Include Storage Cabinetry, Countertop Areas, Warmers, a Refrigerator, a Freezer (for Ice), and an Ice Machine. Note: This is a Catering Staging Room Only. No Cooking, Food Preparation, Warewashing, or Dishwashing Occurs in This Room. Space is Used for Temporary Hot/Cold Holding of Prepared Catered Food Prior to Service .
