Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Troutman, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project includes the following Work: Installation of approximately 17,050 LF of 18-inch PVC force main (Open Cut), approximately 1,300 LF of 20-inch HDPE DR 11 force main (Horizontal Directional Drilling), approximately 490 LF of 18-inch DI force main with 30-inch steel casing (Jack and Bore) under an existing rail road, approximately 3,780 LF of 24-inch PVC gravity main (Open Cut), approximately 120 LF of 24-inch DI gravity main with 36-inch steel casing (Jack and Bore) , and associated appurtenances such as air release valves, plug valves , etc. The project begins east of I -77 on Weathers Creek Road (SR 2379) and ends at Wiggins Road (SR 2399) where the force main connects to the Town of Mooresville's existing Wiggins Road Pump Station. Owner anticipates that the Project's total bid price will be approximately $ 11,000,000.00. The Project has an expected duration of 365 days. Question Deadline 07/28/2026 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Award is subject to final approval.
