Delivery and acceptance are to be F.O.B Destination at the VA Eastern Colorado Healthcare System in Aurora, CO. Offers must be submitted via email only, with quotes to include Technical Capability, Price, and Past Performance volumes. Quotes must demonstrate how requirements of the Statement of Work and solicitation are met, include pricing for the base and all option year line items, and provide up to three recent and relevant past performance references. The evaluation will consider technical capability, price, and past performance.
