Site work, renovation and addition to a transportation facility in Denver, Colorado. Completed plans call for the addition of a transportation facility.
The project consists of Preconstruction and Construction Services at DEN. The AGTS Maintenance Facility Expansion project will enhance and modernize the existing facility to support the growing fleet of Automated Guideway Transit System (AGTS) vehicles and the airport’s increasing passenger traffic. The scope of work includes structural upgrades such as additional maintenance bays, expanded capacity for both heavy and light maintenance, and increased storage to accommodate larger train configurations. Facility improvements will also include modernized power distribution systems, upgraded administrative and breakroom spaces, and sustainability-focused features such as energy-efficient lighting and HVAC systems. Construction will be phased to minimize disruption to ongoing operations. Official bid documents must be obtained online.
