Demolition and renovations to the existing miniature golf course, including labor, materials, equipment, and transportation. Bonds: 5% Bid Bond. The work consists of the following:Demolition of the existing mini-golf equipment and site surfaces to accommodate new grading, mini-golf surface and equipment, and landscaping. The scope of work includes removal of asphalt, rubberized, and concrete surfaces; removal of existing electric infrastructure and replacement in-kind; new site and landscape lighting and speakers; removal of concrete park benches; existing landscape protection, select free removal and maintenance; removal and replacement of perimeter concrete curbing and fencing; renovations to existing I and adding new storm drainage; regrading for installation of new course; installation of various landscape and hardscape materials and concrete; installation of a new three (3)-stall HC accessible with concrete surfaces and parking space spacing; new and renovations to the existing storm drainage system; new chain link fencing to replace existing section New Miniature golf course installation, furnished with equipment and accessories for operations. The cost of labor and material is to be included in the construction bids. The material will be handled through the purchase protocol described in 1.11 .
