Paving and renovation of a sidewalk / parking lot in Wheeling, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a sidewalk / parking lot.
Removal and replacement of sidewalk sections. This project consists of demolition and reconstruction of a section of sidewalk and curbs, on the east side of Eoff Street, from 2224 Eoff Street to 2246 Eoff Street (see project photos and diagrams for exact project boundary). This section of sidewalk is approximately 14 feet in width by 242 feet in length. Where structures, such as porch steps, stoops, or porches have been built on top of the existing sidewalk, the contractor will saw cut around such structures in order to isolate demolition activities. Sidewalk reconstruction will extend up to the edge of existing structures. Contractor is responsible for maintaining any and all site conditions beyond the project boundary specified in Section K-7 Bonds: Bid Bond required (unspecified amount), Performance Bond required (unspecified amount), Payment Bond required (unspecified amount).
