The Base Bid shall consist of improvements to the existing pump station access road, including all work necessary to provide a properly constructed, restored, and functional access road in accordance with the Contract Documents and Specifications. The Project also includes the following Add Alternates: Add Alternate 1: 18" Storm Sewer Project The work shall include the replacement of approximately 24 linear feet of existing 16-inch corrugated metal pipe with 18-inch N- 12 HDPE pipe, roadway surface restoration, and installation of a riprap dissipator. Add Alternate 2 : Wedge Curb Restoration Project The work shall include the construction of an approximately 3-foot-wide by 10-inch-deep trench extending approximately 30 linear feet. All Add Alternates shall be considered separate from the Base Bid and shall be performed only upon authorization by the Owner. The Contractor shall provide complete pricing for the Base Bid and each Add Alternate, including all labor, materials, equipment, and incidental work necessary for a complete installation.
