Demolition, debris removal, and site restoration of one condemned structure, one shed, and associated retaining walls. The successful bidder shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidentals necessary to complete the following tasks: Permitting _ Obtain and successfully complete the requirements of all required local, state, and federal permits necessary for demolition, erosion and sediment controls/ stormwater management, contamination abatement, material disposal, and site restoration.
