Demolish the unsafe structures Scope The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, and materials necessary to: Demolish the unsafe structures, pictured below, located at 23458 Botetourt Road, Iron Gate, VA 24448, tax number 1A(2)SEC147-6. Remove and properly dispose of all debris in accordance with applicable regulations. Backfill and grade the site to the pre-approved condition. Disconnect and appropriately terminate all utilities. Work is to be done under the approval of, and in coordination with, the associated utility provider. Manage and properly abate/dispose of any hazardous materials (including asbestos) discovered. Work to be completed between September 29, 2025 - November 7, 2025. The Contractor will be responsible for obtaining final approval from Development Services and the Planning & Zoning Department
