Description

Site work and renovation of a clubhouse / community center in West Bend, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center; and for site work for a clubhouse / community center.

Recovery of the existing gravel surfaced built-up roof system and overlay of standing seam metal panels. Includes removal of existing built-up roofing and insulation, installation of new polyisocyanurate insulation, gypsum cover board, 60-mil EPDM and PVC membranes, sheet metal flashings, and associated carpentry. The Washington County Facilities Management Office is seeking bids to recover the existing gravel surfaced built-up roof system, and overlay select areas of standing seam metal panels on the Washington County Fair Park Pavilion Building located at 3000 CTH PV, West Bend, WI 53095.
