The Work consists of the Camp Williams Building 21 Remodel , including renovation of the building interior to repurpose the space to provide office and training space, and update exterior finishes and the roof. Work includes Full demolition of existing interior spaces. Construction of new offices, conference rooms, training rooms, and support spaces per the drawings, including new partitions, floor and wall finishes, casework, and specialties. Revised mechanical systems and connections Revised plumbing systems, fixtures, and connections. Revised electrical distribution, lighting, power, and systems routing. Dedicated IT spaces Removal and replacement of doors and windows EIFS exterior finish and added insulation All work occurs within the existing building footprint, with modification to occupant load, occupancy classification to remain. This project qualifies as a Level 3 Alteration under the 2021 International Existing Building Code (IEBC). Replace exterior windows, storefront, and doors, framed roof, electrical devices, wiring and panels from electrical MDP, ceiling tiles, flooring covering, metal soffit, rain gutters, downspouts, standing metal seam roof, latrines and shower, HVAC system, and EFIS exterior wall finish.
