The City of White House, TN (City), is seeking bids from qualified contractors to design and construct a one-story live burn training facility utilizing three (3) standard shipping containers. The purpose of this project is to enhance firefighter training capabilities through a durable, NFPA-compliant structure suitable for repeated Class A live-fire evolutions. The CITY OF WHITE HOUSE reserves the right to reject any or all bids or accept any presented which meet or exceed these specifications, and/or which would be in the best interest of the City and will not necessarily be bound to accept the lowest bid. Each bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid price.
