DESCRIPTION OF WORK Provide all labor, permits, inspections, materials, taxes, any fees etc., and equipment necessary to install/complete the work as specified below and be sure it is included in the base bid pricing: This project will involve the replacement of existing Dual Temperature, Chilled and Hot Water piping systems serving the Cyber Campus Building on the A.L. Brown High School Campus, including all associated components, wiring, wall and ceiling work. The installation of new systems will be carried out in compliance with local building codes and regulations. Testing and commissioning of the new system will be performed to ensure its functionality and reliability. Training for District personnel in the operation and maintenance of the new systems will also be required to be provided. Throughout the project, safety measures will be strictly adhered to, and the work will be scheduled to minimize disruption to the facility's daily activities. Please confirm that the work can be completed as specified below. The contractor is responsible for all measurements and retrofits, while ensuring all work is brought up to and or meets code within their scope of work within this bid.
