Description

Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Somerset, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

Please Note: Bidders must purchase plans from EADs to be eligible to bid. Installation of approximately 300 LF of new 24-inch stormwater piping, 4 inlets, 1 headwall, and site restoration. Bonds: 10% Bid Bond, Performance Bond required (unspecified amount), Maintenance Bond required (unspecified amount), Payment Bond required (unspecified amount), Certified Check required. Set-asides: 5% MBE, 3% WBE. RASC - 300 NORTH CENTER AVENUE, SUITE 520, SOMERSET, PA 15501 TWP - 2209 NORTH CENTER AVENUE, SOMERSET, PA 15501 Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, and material for the installation of approximately 300 LF of new 24" stormwater piping, 4 inlets , 1 headwall , and restoration . All work is located along Lowry Road , Somerset Township, Somerset County, PA. Question Deadline 07/22/2026 No oral interpretation will be made to any bidder as to the meaning of the specifications. Every request for such an interpretation shall be made in writing to the Engineer (The EADS Group, Inc. - Somerset Office). Any inquiry received seven (7) or more days prior to the date fixed for opening of Bids will be given consideration.
