New construction of a mixed-use development in Mississauga, Ontario. Design plans call for the construction of a 2,456,892-square-foot, 49-story above grade, 3,055-unit multi-residential development; 107,632-square-foot retail development; 97,102-square-foot office development; and five-story below grade parking garage.
Construction of 8 mixed-use residential towers between 2 sites (East and West), ranging from 28 and 49 storeys, with a total of 3,055 units. Both sites include indoor and outdoor amenity spaces. Parking is proposed within 5 levels below-grade. Project also includes indoor/outdoor amenity spaces. EAST SITE - 3210 Hurontario and John Streets: 4 towers ranging from 40 to 49 storeys atop 2 podiums joined by a common underground garage; 1,680 combined units; approx. 117,343 sq m of residential; 8,991 sq m of office + 7,658 sq m of retail. WEST SITE - 99-107 Hillcrest Avenue: 4 towers ranging from 28 to 44 storeys atop a U-shaped podium; 1,375 combined units; 110,147 sq m or residential + 2,308 sq m of retail. TIMELINE: Conceptual planning and designs are underway. Official Plan Amendment and Rezoning Applications have yet to be submitted to the city for review and approval. Developer expects to issue a Market Offering for a development partner sometime in 2028. There are currently no construction timelines. Further update early 2027.
