The City of Lancaster (City) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications and intends to select qualified Consultant firms and teams to provide various on-call Professional Services in support of the City’s intends to select various Consultant firms/teams to provide various Professional Services, for a five (5) year term from December 2026 to January 2032, to facilitate the implementation of the City’s Capital Improvement Program and other municipal programs. The Consultant firms/teams rated as most qualified to provide services will be invited to negotiate a final agreement. As Capital Improvement Projects and municipal programs become funded during the term of the agreement, Task Orders will be issued for the specific project for which the services are being retained, depending on the size and/or technical complexity of the Project, funding availability, and the type of services required. At the discretion of the City, any project requiring services that are already contracted through this RFQ may still be bid if the City so chooses.
