Renovation of a military facility in Booneville, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.

Work will consist of the following items: 1. Contractors shall safely and efficiently remove approximately 2360 square feet of 3" existing vinyl-backed fiberglass insulation from the inside of shop walls and ceiling. Contractor shall dispose of all old material in accordance with local standards and regulations. 2. Contractor shall annotate and mitigate any issues of mold or other hazards discovered during the removal process prior to application of new insulation. Contract shall alert the PMC staff to any issues discovered during the removal process that must be addressed before application of new insulation. 3. Under direction of PMC Staff, safely and efficiently move furniture, equipment, and other items from area of work. The Contractor shall cover any flooring, shop tools, furniture, supplies, and equipment to prevent spray foam overspray. 4. Contractor shall install at least 2" of "Foam it Green Slow Rise Foam" or equivalent closed-cell spray foam insulation on walls (approximately 1120 sqft) with rating of at least R-5/10 and 4" of "Foam it Green Slow Rise Foam" or equivalent, closed -cell spray foam insulation on the ceiling (approximately 1240 sqft) with an energy rating of R-30. All work and materials must meet or exceed the Arkansas 2014 Arkansas Energy Code for Residential and Commercial Construction for the Climate Zone 3. 5. All work shall take place in the equipment shop facility of the Booneville Plant Material Center, Booneville, Arkansas a. Physical Address: 6883 South State Highway 23, Booneville, AR 72927 6. All work shall be accomplished during normal work hours Monday through Friday 0800 hours to 1630 hours CST, excluding federal holidays. The Contractor shall coordinate with PMC staff through the assigned government project manager to minimize disruption to normal PMC operations. 7. Contractor shall certify when the project is complete and meets all standards upon presentation to the Government for acceptance and sign off.
