Demolish, renovate and/or repair buildings damaged by hail. Greenhouse B - Tear down existing structure and replace with new building per Technology Center Building.docx attachment. Greenhouse C - Repair building with all new roof, vents, exterior walls and interior wall panels including the breezeway. Replace all interior grow lights with GrowPro 300; Model LL4L-GP300, or newer model , upon approval of submittal by Lab personnel before purchasing the units ( 48 total) . Install new shade cloths for all three sections within the greenhouse. Refer to Greenhouse C 2016 Building Plans attached for reference. Building 4 Pole Barn - Tear down completely the 3 layers of roofing panels and lathing. Replace all lathing and sheet iron roof panels. Insulate roof to comply with EPA Energy Star requirements. Building 5 Cooper Barn - Replace shingle roofing and wind driven turbine exhaust ventilators with 36" metal R-Panel roofing material and new wind driven turbine exhaust ventilators. Building 8 Livestock HQ - Replace shingle roofing and wind driven turbine exhaust ventilators with 36" metal R-Panel roofing material and new wind driven turbine exhaust ventilators. Replace all siding with like material with same profile and color of existing. 6. Building 15 Livestock Pole Barn - Replace all roofing material and lathing utilizing 36" R-Panel Metal. 7. Building 21 Quonset Hut - Replace all siding on North & South sides . Strip & recoat sealant on roof with approved product by Lab personnel on submittal
