This Contract is for the removal and infilling of an existing 1800 mm corrugated steel pipe (CSP) under Route 11 , approximately 1.1 km south from the intersection of Route 11 and South Napan Road in Northumberland County. The existing 1800 mm corrugated steel pipe will be replaced with a 2400 mm diameter RCP. The Work includes the reinstatement of Route 11 and the installation of new guide rail. The Work will be performed with one lane two way detours and must be open to twoway traffic throughout the Contract. The Limits of this Contract are approximately 80 m in each direction from the centreline of the existing structure. The existing 1800mm CSP pipe will be used as the temporary water diversion.
