Introduction The City of Castle Pines is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified consultants with demonstrated experience in organizational process mapping, operational assessments, and development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The City intends to establish a professional services agreement with one qualified consultant to assist City departments in documenting, evaluating, and creating standardized documentation to support organizational consistency and operational excellence. 2. Project Background The City is committed to continuous improvement through documentation and evaluation of departmental processes. The selected consultant will work collaboratively with City staff to: Document existing workflows Develop process maps Create written Standard Operating Procedures Assist departments in implementing consistent operational practices The City anticipates this work will occur over multiple phases as departmental priorities are identified. 3.
