Site work, outdoor lighting, new construction and renovation of a mixed-use development in Shullsburg, Wisconsin. Working plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and for outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field.
The Project consists of sanitary, water, storm, and electric utility installations, baseball field renovation, football field renovation, field lighting, fencing, building construction, building renovations, and site grading at Badger Park in the City of Shullsburg. Bids will be received for multiple Contracts. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form. Bonds: 5% Bid Bond, Certified Check required. Written inquiries shall be mailed or hand delivered to Mark Digman , P.E., (Contracts #1 and #2) and Joe Bailie (Contract #3) Delta 3 Engineering, Inc., 875 S. Chestnut Street, Platteville, Wisconsin, 53818.
