Site work for a water / sewer project in Youngsville, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of the installation of an NSF-61 approved interior lining and exterior footer drains for the two(2) existing water storage reservoirs. Miscellaneous concrete and brick repairs will also be completed as needed. Prospective BIDDERS shall submit inquiries in writing to both Jeff Marnicio, PE at (jeff.marnicio@burgessniple.com) and Emily Poach, PE at (emily.poach@burgessniple.com ). The deadline for questions shall be July 24th, 2026 at 12PM local time. Each bid must be accompanied by proposal security in the form of a certified check or a bid bond in the amount equal to not less than ten ( 10%) percent of the total base bid price in accordance with provisions contained in the "Instruction for Bidders" section of the specifications. Doc note: Additional fees may be incurred for postage and handling, as applicable. All payments are non -refundable. Northeast Blueprint & Supply will maintain the official plan holder's list . All bidders must be registered on the official plan holder's list to submit an official bid for consideration. Addenda, if any, will be issued to only those persons or companies who have purchased a full set of contract documents. Youngsville Borough reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding and to accept the bid serving the best interest Youngsville Borough.
