Renovation of a water / sewer project in N Billerica, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The scope of work includes construction of Removal of existing membrane roof assembly and installation of a modified bitumen roof assembly and associated accessories. Bid security for all general bidders and sub-bidders in the form of a bid bond, cash, certified check, treasurer's or cashier's check, payable to the Owner, is required in the amount of 5 percent of the total bid, in accordance with the conditions in Section 00 21 13 INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS. Every request for such interpretation should be in writing (typed, not handwritten) addressed to Weston & Sampson Engineers, Inc., 55 Walkers Brook Drive, Reading, Massachusetts 01867 Attention: Sarah Foley, or sent via email to foleys@wseinc.com and to be given consideration must be received at least ten working days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids.
