SCOPE OF WORK: RENOVATION/MODERNIZATION OF THE EXISTING 2nd FLOOR DATA AND TECH CENTER. NEW INTERIOR NON-LOAD BEARING WALLS, FULL HEIGHT GlAZING AND DOORS. RETROFITTING OF EXISTING MISCELLANEOUS NON-RATED PARTITIONS, DCXJRS, CEILING AND RAISED FLOORING. NEW LIGHTING AT TECH CENTER AND STORAGE AREA.
