Renovation of a data center facility in Los Angeles, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 7,676-square-foot, two-story above grade data center facility.

Renovation and modernization of the existing 2nd floor Data and Tech Center. Work includes new interior non-load-bearing walls, full-height glazing and doors, and retrofitting of existing miscellaneous non-rated partitions, DCXJRs, ceilings, and raised flooring. New lighting will be installed at the Tech Center and storage area. Existing lighting will remain and be reworked to accommodate lighting controls and emergency egress lighting as needed throughout all other areas of the data center. As part of this renovation, existing mechanical equipment will be removed and replaced with new equipment at the 4th floor RCXJF via crane from Cesar Chavez Avenue. Additionally, all Inergen tanks, associated piping, and nozzles will be completely removed from the 2nd floor. Refer to the mechanical, electrical, and low-voltage drawings for all requisite information required for modernization of the existing Data Center and Tech Center.
